Not sure if this is a bug per se or just should be a feature request, but...

If as the teacher, you make a correction on an assignment with audio recordings by highlighting the recording section and leaving a comment (#1 on the image) BUT you don't write anything in the comment box (#2 on the image), then the student does not get an alert. I'm not sure if teachers realize this or not and it seems that leaving any kind of feedback should generate an alert.
