Option to increase the playback speed for grading audio submission to save time when grading these time intensive assessments.

When students submit an assignment, it would be preferable that the default setting allow two submissions, rather than multiple/unlimited. Students are unsure whether the assignment was submitted since the screen does not change and allows them to submit again.

Teachers should be able to accept late assignments and decide what kind of penalty to impose. We should not have to go back on for each assignment for each student to adjust their grade.

Students are frustrated that answers are showing red (wrong) when the question is a personal opinion or based on personal experience.

It would be great to have a printable version of all the instructions and support materials for teachers and administrators. Thanks.

Hello, It would be terrific if the teacher would be able to consistently see the given question and/or possibly a sample answer for items like this one. As is is, I have to toggle back to the item in the module to see what the question is. Thank you!

The first part of this is a repeat of a prior post, the second is new). When I click Dashboard it defaults to one class (not a sort of "all classes" view). So of course if I click gradebook it will only be for that course, and from that page I don't see a way to switch classes. It would be nice if the dashboard were not just immediately the landing page for one of my courses. Something more general. It would, in my mind, make navigation more smooth. It also would be nice if fewer clicks got me to where I am going...maybe a "current modules" or something where I can see the units that each level is working on (like they could be toggled). This would be better than scrolling quite so much on one page, I could just see the module for each class I teach. (I hope this makes sense, I'd be happy to talk to someone to show what is kind of bothering me and how it could be easier.)

At first I misunderstood the test prompt thing. At first I thought it was allowing me to record a prompt that then students would be able to respond to. Now I understand that it's allowing me to test to make sure it works. You might just need something that explains that there. Including a recorded prompt might be a cool thing too. I know you can do that anyway. It gives me another idea that you might consider. There used to be this thing available through MSU called "Conversations". It was a very unique tool and there is still nothing out there quite like it. What it did was this: the teacher recorded with the webcam a set of prompts. Then students would start the conversation. The first prompt would play and then the student's mic (or webcam, I forget which it was) would immediately start recording. They would then push a button when they were done responding to that prompt and then the next prompt would come up. The recordings were then available for the teacher to grade later. It was the closest thing to a conversation simulator that was out there, and it was pretty useful. One thing I wanted for it was the ability to have prompts include more than just webcam (I wanted to have possibly other video or images or text). But it was a really cool tool and something like this could still be very useful for teachers I think.

It would also be helpful if the grading panel was formatted in a way that required less clicking and scrolling. Possibly the panel could be in a grid format, where all free response items could show up on one screen and the scoring options could be in a dropdown, rather than a list that needs to be scrolled to see. Can there be an (editable) Midterm and Final exam for each level in Spanish? (Other Spanish curricula include them in their program.) Gracias.
