Assignment due dates

Is there a way to have assignments show to kids before the due date? I put in a vocabulary set, but for the kids to find it, they have to click on the due date. I set the due date further out so they could repeatedly practice during the unit.

Yes! Please add an upcoming section. When I teach the lesson, it is usually due by next class or two - the students cannot find the assignment unless I direct them to the date when it is due.

i have requested the same- that assignements be placed under the Due Date. I'd also like to have the option not to Close the activity but rather leave it open- I want the kids to get the work done.

Would love to have an "upcoming deadlines" list on the main screen so kids have access to see all their assignments at a glance. Currently, it seems you need to click on "modules" to see them.
