Ryan Burke this happened to several of my students in different vocabulary sets for the modules in Spanish 1 and 3 I did not use the modules for Spanish 2.

Maria Paz Velazquez thanks for clarifying. If you reach out to our chat, my team will be able to gather some more info from you to troubleshoot what may be going on. We'll be able to escalate to our engineers as well, if needed. We haven't heard from any other customers about this issue though, which leads me to think this may be a permissions/device issue.
